In addition to the basic design, exterior blinds can be made in a special design, which gives them additional added value.
Blinds into the Heluz Lintel is a special roller and Venetian blind lintel, which replaces the standard lintel and meets all insulating properties. In the lintel, there is a system groove for attaching the blind. Heluz carrying roller blind lintel can be fitted with either manual or electric control. All types of slats can be used for this design.
Facade Exterior Blinds are mounted directly on the facade of the building in front of the window opening. This design is suitable for Cetta 80 and Zetta 90 blinds. The slats are guided in round guide rails, which are provided with a rubber seal for quiet operation of the blinds. Control: lowering, pulling up and tilting the slats only by the motor.
Emergency Safety Blinds are used to immediately pull up the exterior blinds in the event of a sudden danger (fire, flood or other threat to human life) and thus make the escape exit accessible. It can be used with any ISOTRA exterior blind with guide rails. The system is controlled by a spring mechanism, so it is functional even in the event of power cut.
For the STS blind, the upper profile is attached to the guide rails together with the slat package by means of a special sleeve. The box has an angular design and can be made in two variants – under-plaster or recognized. The under-plaster variant means that the box is "hidden" under facade and when the blind is fully retracted into the box, this blind is not visible at all. This variant of design must be taken into account already during the implementation of the construction project. In the under-plaster version, the STS blind box can be provided with 10 mm thick hardened polystyrene from the front and back at the same time. The box is visible for the recognized variant.
In addition to the basic design, exterior blinds can be made in various variants, each of which has its own specific use. It is a design of Two-Channel, Solar and so-called Windstabil blinds.
We offer the Two-channel blind as a solution where the blind is only 400–600 mm wide in the version with the motor and where the motor cannot be placed in such a short channel. The two channels above each other are interconnected by lightweight gearboxes. The motor is located in the upper channel and the bearings in the lower channel. The channel with the motor can be placed not only above the channel with bearings, but also behind the channel with bearings, i.e. the number of slats corresponds to the standard (if there is space in the lintel).
The Windstabil blind, as the name suggests, is a technological increase in the wind resistance parameter, which is achieved by means of additional cords. The Windstabil version is only possible within Cetta 80 and Zetta 90 blinds.
The solar-powered exterior blind is a unique and fully automated blind that is wirelessly controlled and has zero electricity consumption! This blind works on the principle of the so-called photovoltaic phenomenon – i.e. the conversion of solar radiation into electricity. It can be used only for 56 × 58 mm channel. The maximum area is 8 m2. One solar unit is only adapted for one external blind.
